GENERAL INFO:
Please pack your child a snack, nut free lunch and water bottle. Our camp counselors will not handle food this summer.
Children should wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.
Apply sunscreen as we will be outdoors for this camp. We will have shaded canopies over the campers outdoor workshops.
Please be on time. You will be assessed a late charge of $30 if you pick up late.
look out for an introduction email for how check-in procedures will take place on the first day of camp.
Cancellation Policy: Withdrawals may be made by email, phone or in person within 14 days of camp start date. A 5% processing fee will apply. The remainder of fee will be placed as a credit on your account towards future classes/camps. Unfortunately because spots are limited, no credit is given for partial attendance. No portion of the tuition will be refunded if the child is absent, withdrawn, or should otherwise fail to complete the activity.
PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY OFFER CREDIT PER THE ABOVE. A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN AS SPACES ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED. IF THE CANCELLATION IS ON OUR PART, WE WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND.
