TINY TWIRLERS SPRING SESSION 2019

Hello Tiny Twirler Parents!

We are excited to offer another fun filled session of Tiny Twirlers this Spring. We have some exciting renovations to our patio space that will take place before summer. So this session will be shorter than usual because we will take a two week break before we open up our summer sessions. This session will only be available to our current students and existing waitlist families as we would like to keep the group small but summer will be open for all so tell your friends about those sessions.

We have also decided to change our hours from 8am-11am this allows the tiny twirlers time in the studio and classroom without the public sharing the play space. We will essentially swap our schedule so that they end in the back classroom for pick up. This session we will only offer a 4 day, 3 day or 2 day option.

Additional playtime in the space…Some families have taken advantage of the Half off admission perk ($7) and formed their own playgroups after class ends that rotate parents daily. This allows more working time, free time etc. If you would like us to start a list of interest in that we can pass it on to the other parents that might be interested as well. So for example class is from 8a-11a then a parent takes that group of 2-3 kids for the next 2 hours giving you 8a-1p and then you rotate each day with each of those parents.

Spring 2019 Session Info/Pricing:

Monday April 22 - May 24 (5 weeks)

Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri - 4 day option $700

Mon, Weds, Fri - 3 day option $525

Tues, Thurs- 2 day option $350

LOGISTICS:

We provide a snack but if your child has an allergy please pack them a snack. We are a nut free facility. 

Children should wear comfortable clothing that is ok to paint in and explore various materials. 

Please be on time. You will be assessed a late charge of $1 per minute payable that day.  

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Withdrawals may be made by email, phone or in person 30 days prior to program start date. A $15 processing fee will apply. The remainder of the fee will be placed as a credit on your account towards future classes/camps. Unfortunately because spots are limited, no credit is given for partial attendance. No portion of the tuition will be refunded if the child is absent, withdrawn, or should otherwise fail to complete the activity.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CLOSED ON ALL SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. CLASS WILL NOT BE IN SESSION ON THESE DAYS.

REQUIREMENTS:

Children must be potty trained or close to achieving this. A pull-up can be worn if the child is not quite potty trained.

Children must be comfortable in group settings.
